For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for an IT Intern.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This position provides an opportunity to contribute to cross-functional engineering and IT integration projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. The intern will gain valuable experience in project execution, change management, systems integration, and digital transformation efforts supporting critical business and operational needs.

• Assist with the execution of engineering and IT integration projects (e.g., automation, software deployment, data connectivity, or facility systems upgrades).
• Support project teams in documenting requirements, workflows, testing, and validation activities.
• Participate in change control and change management processes, including impact assessments, stakeholder coordination, and implementation tracking.
• Help develop or improve system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Analyze data from engineering or IT systems and help identify process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments (Engineering, IT, QA, Operations, etc.) to support seamless project delivery.
• Support system onboarding and go-live activities, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Attend project meetings, prepare notes, and help manage tasks and timelines.

YOUR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE/ RESEMBLES

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems) or a closely related field such as Computer Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Completion of at least two years of coursework preferred.
• Interest in IT systems, automation, or data integration in engineering environments.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, or collaboration platforms like SharePoint or Teams.
• Exposure to project management or change control concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
